Why doesn't the story indicate that the assailant was black? That wouldn't be the case if it was a white assailant and a black judge.

The Clintons or Trump, perhaps, but to be fair, very few (if any) of my posts could logically be termed racially insensitive. For instance, I've never taken the side of the so-called "birthers" and haven't made an issue of Obama's race.
I have, however, made many thousands of posts on various subjects, and I suppose that somebody could come up with a rare exception.

I have seen later stories that DID provide the information, but my post (to which you refer) was in response to the story linked to in bbfreeburn's thread-opening post.
