Judge strikes down Alabama Same Sex Marriage Ban

I AM NOT RELIGIOUS NOR DO I CARE WHO MARRIES WHO.
I DONT THINK THERE IS ANYONE IN THIS FORUM OR ANY OTHER FORUM THAT KNOWS EXACTLEY WHAT WAS GOING THRU OUR PREDECESSORS HEADS WHEN THIS ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED. AND LEAVING ANY LAW OPEN TO "INTERPRITATION" IS A BAD START TO BEGIN WITH. BUT WHERE DO YOU DRAW THE LINE? AND WHO CHOOSES THE LINE THAT SHOULD NOT BE CROSSED? MARRY A COUSIN? MARRY A SIBLING? AN UNCLE? A SHEEP? A GOAT?

I don't get the fucking whackos of today. Maybe it has something to do with the time in which i was raised, but suing a business owner for refusing to provide something in which they feel is in bad taste should be up to the descretion of the business owner. Doesn't make sense to me. How many places would accomodate me if I walked in and ordered a cake of a baby with a knife thru it's head, and a caption of "kill all babies"? Would I have grounds to sue? This shit is just getting fucking ridiculous.
