I wonder if traitor technically applies? I mean, he identifies as muslim (obviously in his soul), and they believe that lies and deception are perfectly acceptable tactics. Thus, Obama is not an American. He's a muslim using lies and deception to bring problems (he hopes destruction) to America - you know, us infidels. But he is not an American turned against his own country. He is an enemy that has succeeded in planting himself in our government. Kind of like a spy, but worse.
Barack being the name of mohammed's horse is interesting... as that implies obama is bringing mohammed to the US - right to the White House. Which makes sense, especially with the Iran deal.
As for Americans taking a stand, maybe after the kardashians are over - if we can't find honey boo boo reruns on tv to watch...
