I also have an issue with the States telling local governments on how to fund or run their police force. The people get the government they vote for.

Problem is, "the people" apparently don't know how this country is set up and runs. I'm no expert, but apparently I have a better grasp on the basics than most. And that is both sad and pathetic considering my understanding is probably elementary at best.

Everyone up in arms about the police, completely ignorant that the police are largely funded and operated by the people in their own town/city that THEY could vote for/against. If you don't like how the police operate in your city, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AT THE LOCAL LEVEL WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY AFFECT CHANGE!!!

I don't have the figures but I'll guess at 95%. (I'm being "conservative")

In most of the crowds/mobs, you probably couldn't find even one Trump supporter -- or at least, anyone who would dare ADMIT to being a Trump supporter. And if there is a non-Democrat mayor or governor in any of the rioting hot spots, I can't thank of any.

This was obvious from the start of the pandemic when the liberals were wanting the federal government to shut the country down. The Feds can't do that legally.
