Seriously? Are American's this dumb?

Of course, they're that dumb! Have you never seen "man on the street" interviews on Jesse Watters Primetime (or other media outlets)?
 
Yes, they are. Driving around town, I see examples of the sheer stupidity of people far more often than I should. Smoking while pumping gas. Walking down the middle of the damn street when there are perfectly good sidewalks available. Not using turn signals. Driving with a phone in their faces.

And that's just on the roadways. Let's not get started on the fuckery I see in the non-driving sectors. :oops:
 
I have noticed here that people disregard stop signs VERY often. That's troubling because I am a motorcyclist.
