I use an HVAC that has a maintenance membership where they come out twice a year to look at my HVAC. It also means I get priority if something is wrong with my unit.
Anyways, I get an email today:
"Throughout 2022, two substantial trends affected all home service providers: we saw labor and operating costs continue to rise along with higher-than-normal inflation from our vendors."
