They're all pushing the same health supplements, but they are not showing shared IPs or anything. I'm not recording the IP so after I delete one someone else COULD be popping back in on that same IP.

It's easy when you have the right tools. The first two posts need to be approved so it's easy to just disapprove the posts and then run a cleanup.
