Biden preemptively pardons milley, fouci, j6 commission, and his entire family. Wholy unprecedented.

The problem with the Milley or Fauci pardon is we, the American people, can't hold these two accountable.

I get why he pardoned his family and while they probably committed crimes, the crimes of Milley and Fauci IMHO were traitorous.
 
However, now that they are pardoned, they lose their oppoertunity to take the Fifth Amendment.

Also, Biden didn't pardon himself, and we all know how presidents -- especially Trump -- can be prosecuted to the max after leaving office.

Then again, we recall a special prosecutor saying that Joe would likely be unable to face court proceedings because of his faulty memory.
 
I still don't understand how one can be pardoned for something before they've been charged. Isn't that an admission of guilt?
