Trump hasn't been convicted of anything that would involve the 14th yet, but 7 judges think he has, I guess.

I asked about wtf would the RNC do. We shall see.

Vivek says he won't be on the ballot. I'm not sure he, or any of the RNC candidates have a choice ( are they obligated to run in every state by the RNC rules? )

So basically if Trump is off the ballot, he will actually be right when he says the election was stolen. If the scouts overrules, the Dems will say foul because it's his court, and they will say it was stolen from them rioting in the streets.

This is such a silly stunt by Vivek and Desantis or any other candidate doesn't have to play in this game. None of them would be cheating. Trump doesn't want to risk his numbers in a debate, so who's cheating? And Dave Rubin is correct, Vivek is playing to Trump's fiddle here.
