Long weekend starts at 5 (who am I kidding, I've already checked out! My body is just trapped here until 5!)

No big plans, probably just fiddle around with a few small projects around the house, gonna smoke a pork shoulder Saturday, and a buddy of mine invited us over for burgers and beer Sunday. All in all, looks to be a pretty good weekend!

About the same here. I made some modifications on my smoker, so I am going to do some ribs to see if they work.

Been a bitch of a week. I had to work 2 hours on Monday, 3 hours on Tuesday, and 3 hours yesterday. I'm fucking spent. Nothing going now til Tuesday.

The smoker will be running all weekend.
Three day blast this weekend
In addition to huge quantities of beer, dogs, brats and burgers
I will be smoking
Ribs on Saturday
Pork Shoulder on Sunday
and Brisket on Monday.

I figure I'll get about three hours of sleep over the w/e.
