If he wants to die, why wouldn't just get a bb gun, speed through school zones until he gets some cops attention, take him on a high speed chase to pick up more cops, initiate a "standoff" situation until the snipers arrive, then jump out of the car with the bb gun and start "shooting" at the officers?

Maybe climb up a skyscraper under construction and swan dive from 100 floors up?

Perhaps he could try headbutting an oncoming freight train?

Or he could just go buy a 12 gauge and a box of shells and make it real quick and easy.

But no, he wants to be mauled by a bear.
