OK it wasn't actually the photoshop software, but it was a doctored picture!
While the picture itself is real, the contents actually represent one of the first time “Photoshop” was used. This was a cut/paste of Roosevelt to put him on a moose, representing his Progressive Bull Moose presidential party.
