I lost a beautiful sister-in-law to drunk motherfucker. She was cut down at 21 years of age. The fucking cunt that did it spent a total of 6 months in jail WITH work release!!!

Even more sad that our legal system doesn't punish DUI more severely (and consistently), especially when injury/death is involved.

Further, it's unfortunate there are not affordable, safe options for people who overindulge to get home safely in most areas.

It's come to be a joke in Michigan, although not a very humorous one, that if you want to kill someone you only need to have a beer and a car. A gun, knife, bat, or anything else will get you major time. A beer and a car nets you about 6 months.
