AW mini-editorial: Kudos to the Supreme Court

Most Democrats and leftists obviously took issue with last week's Supreme Court rulings, but the reality is that he Court is doing a "supreme" job by interpreting the U.S. Constitution as written.

In well-publicized decisions, SCOTUS rightly delivered key blows to the Democrats' far-left's radical agenda, most notably on cases relating to affirmative action and Joe Biden's $400 billion taxpayer-funded student loan bailout.

Not unexpectedly, there was an immediate call by leftists and some of the lamestream media to "pack" the Supreme Court. A group of Democrats in both the House and Senate -- including Congressman Adam Schiff (D-California) and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) -- introduced legislation to add four new liberal justices to the court.

Biden's proposed student loan giveaway was always on shaky constitutional grounds, and the president himself had called the plan "pretty questionable." And former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi had previously asserted that "he does not have the power. That has to be an act of Congress." In fact, SCOTUS agreed with Pelosi and asserted that a debt cancellation plan of such magnitude can only come from the legislative branch and not through executive overreach.

Logical-thinking Americans should be extremely thankful for the three Court justices selected by former President Trump.

Out of all the major rulings, the dissent in the student debt is the most telling.

When it comes to the College Admissions and the Marriage website case, the dissent at least used precedent and the constitution (even if incorrect in interpretation) to back up their statement.

There is absolutely zero precedent nor law nor constitutionality in the dissent of the student debt. This absolutely shows that these 3 judges really don't care about the law nor the powers bestowed for the three branches of government.

You know they got that wrong when Thomas agrees with Pelosi when it comes to the roll of government.

I said the same thing about the dissent in the Rent forgiveness case.
