Keep in mind before January republicans we're ready to make him speaker. Listen to Laura Boebert on the Michael Knowles show. The issue was he backed out of the deals he was originally willing to make because he assumed a red wave.
This has less to do with conservative vs maga and more about what these politicians want. Boebert can be purchased just as easily as McCarthy. She even admits as much. The difference is, conservatives seem to be ok with what she can be purchased with.

Still, if it takes 15 times to convince people to vote for you, you're not wanted. They didn't vote because they changed their minds. They changed their votes because they were sick and tired of voting!
That's not entirely true. They thought they had leverage, which they did.
