Jeez, cut the kid some slack! It's just a penis!

I think a fair punishment would = what Janet received for exposing her tit to the entire country during the SB - basically nothing.

Sheesh... Americans so offended by anatomy. If God didn't want anybody to see it, God wouldn't have created it in the first place!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again... I'm glad as hell I'm not a kid this day and age. I, hell, 3/4 of my class, would have been locked up by the 3rd grade.

Even the kid himself is too uptight!

"Police say that Osborn was dared to expose himself, and that the student is "disgusted" with his actions."

Regardless, either a school official or someone on the yearbook editing staff (or both) should have called for another picture if, indeed, it was so problematical. After all, the young man did not select the picture for publication. Further, the players wearing Nos. 1 and 81 have clearly separated their shoulders enough so that "exposure" could take place, so why aren't No. 1 and No. 81 (and perhaps others) charged with something? Then again, why is ANYONE charged?

Also keep in mind that the picture was taken many months ago (during the fall football season). It wasn't as if the "prank" just occurred.

I don't think anyone should be charged. It's a prank so just Photoshop the picture and be done. I say a fine for the cost of having to recall it.

Bam, it is done.

Also, why bring charges when doing so calls the entire nation's attention to the "prank"? A more-logical solution would be to quietly take care of the situation by switching out the photo and recalling the "tainted" yearbooks ... without letting the world know about it.

I'd like to see the people who actually brought them back to exchange them. Fucking stuffed shirt motherfuckers on their way back from their life coaching session, driving a Volvo full of died fruit snacks and unicorn juice.

Charges Dropped Against Arizona Football Player Who Exposed Himself in Yearbook

The Arizona teenager who flashed his genitals in the yearbook photo of his high school football team won't face charges, prosecutors say.

Hunter Osborn, now 19, was arrested Saturday for the stunt and was charged as an adult with 69 counts of misdemeanor indecent exposure — one count for every "victim" who appeared in the picture, police said.

Osborn, a member of Red Mountain High School's varsity football team, was also charged with a felony for furnishing harmful items to minors, and was ordered to wear an electronic monitor upon his release.

But the Maricopa County Attorney's Office said Wednesday that it would not pursue the felony charge because "evidence does not establish a violation of the statute."

County prosecutors forwarded the misdemeanor charges to the city of Mesa. In response, Mesa police said that none of the people in the photo wanted to press charges and "the case will be closed."

Osborn had pulled the prank on a dare, but later said he was "disgusted" by his actions, Mesa police told NBC affiliate WGBA. An online petition was started by supporters to "Free Hunter Osborn."

School officials have since said they are creating measures to prevent such photos from being inadvertently published again. The yearbook was recalled so that the offending image could be altered.

The photo also appeared in programs sold at Red Mountain football games.
Seems to me the right outcome.
Stupid High School prank, nothing more...
