Actually, where I live on the west central coast, the storm is heading well to the north of us. As it gets to our latitude, it will still be well out in the Gulf of Mexico, and whereas we'll get LOTS of rain today and tomorrow, it's unlikely that our winds will reach the 39-mph tropical storm threshhold. But thanks a lot for the well-wishes. Folks in areas north of us won't be as fortunate, though.
