Affluenza Teen Missing

Is anyone surprised?

The juvenile-justice equivalent of an arrest warrant has been issued for Ethan Couch, the teenager whose “affluenza” defense spared him jail time in the deaths of four people he ran over while driving drunk.

A juvenile probation officer has been unable to reach Couch and his mother for several days, attorneys Reagan Wynn and Scott Brown said in a written statement about their client.

“It’s our understanding that the court has issued a directive to apprehend to have Ethan detained because he is out of contact with his probation officer,” the defense lawyers said.

A directive to apprehend is the juvenile-court equivalent of an arrest warrant.

He should have been sent to jail to begin with.

Bet money his old man had him escorted out of the country. Little bastard is probably on a tropical beach sipping Pina Coladas laughing it up right now. Stupid fucking judge that let him go ought to be put in prison in this little fuckers place!
