If Tony has a backup, he *could*, take a backup of the site right now as it stands, restore the backup before the hack, go into the database and run an SQL like so, to draw the information from the points table.

SELECT * FROM ReputationTable;

Then he could then select all those rows and export them to an SQL file.
Restore the backup from today, and insert those rows into the empty reputation table.

This all hinges on a recent backup before the hack of course :)
